Recipe for stress relief
Ingredients:
1 broken heart
10 drops of painful tears
A 3 lb mass of hurt
10 angry fingers formed into fists

Procedure:
Aggressively mould the mass with the fingers with increasing intensity until the knuckles are white, the tears are dry and the broken heart feels satisfied. For good measure repeat this procedure with the eyes closed and observe behind your eyelids as the imagery of the source of the pain is contorted, distorted and desecrated with each and every lethal punch to the dough. This recipe also helps to relieve sexual frustration. Note – keep your eyes averted and do not listen to the dough.

This recipe is best served cold, when the pain has been allowed to simmer and the anger has reached boiling point. A tasty accompaniment is Eye-scream (shed torrents of tears from the eyes and scream from the lips).
